Theo was never really in control of his life. There were always so many factors in play, that he just accepted the fact that he'd just have to go through life without planning much of anything. He'd been born in a crappy hospital in a nowhere town in England, to parents who hardly knew how to take care of themselves, let alone a child. Indeed, Mary Williams did her best to take care of Theo his entire life, even with a relatively absentee father. Unfortunately, sometimes people's best isn't enough.

Despite her best efforts, Theo had to teach himself the right way by trial and error. Trouble was a good friend of his, and he soon found that no matter what he did, bad things always happened. As a young man who had the bad end of the stick his entire life, the future seemed hopeless. Possessed of a bright mind, he found that school never truly fit for him. He managed to fail classes he thought were too easy, and couldn’t engage the content seriously.

After dropping out of secondary school at the age of sixteen due to unknown reasons, he set out to travel as much as he could. If school could not teach him what he wanted to know, then the world would have to do it. Picking up jobs whenever and wherever he could find them, he mostly just became a jack of all trades, master of none. By the time he had turned 21, he had already traveled throughout Europe, backpacking his way... looking for a truth that always seemed to evade him. Perhaps that truth lies in London.
